Computational humanities has experienced more than half a century of development, and it is urgent to gradually clarify and form norms in terms of nouns, definitions, and references, and to highlight the value and importance of computing in this interdisciplinary at the current stage of development. This article discussed several related expressions including digital humanities and computational humanities, and clarified the advantages of computational humanities as an expression. Focusing on the objects, issues and methods, with clarification on the subject connotation, this study analyzes the opportunities of computational humanities in national strategy, subject renaming of IRM, and new liberal arts construction. Taking computational linguistics, computational history, computational philology, and computational literature as examples, this article explained and formed a system of computational humanities as a discipline which is composed of many sub-disciplines in the form of "computational X", and each "X" can correspond to a specific disciplines in humanities.

In this article, we discuss the positioning of computational linguistics in the context of computational humanities. We focus on three main issues: the position of computational linguistics in the context of computational humanities, the research paradigm, and its relationship with other research fields in computational humanities. The term "computational humanities" clarifies the research paradigm in which the study of digital humanities solves research problems in the humanities with computational technologies. We find that current work in computational linguistics shows distinctly engineering character, treating language as data, with little work answering the research questions of linguistics. Although many scholars consider computational linguistics as one of the research directions in linguistics, we do not see many cases of using computational technology for linguistic (especially for Chinese language) research at present. Therefore, this paper proposes a computational linguistics research paradigm that uses computational techniques for linguistic research, using text readability work as an example. We believe that computational linguistics is no different from other research fields in computational humanities and should work under a unified research paradigm. Computational linguistics as a research method requires a balance between validity and interpretability. This is the positioning of computational linguistics in the framework of "humanities as the core and computation as the tool".

Under the wave of "information revolution", the impact on history is more thorough and revolutionary than any other era in the past. It is an irreversible trend for computational history to absorb the essence of information technology and show strong computing power. Where will historical research go? On the basis of concept discrimination, historical review and current situation analysis, the article concludes that: Chinese computational historiography has lasted for a hundred years since Liang Qichao initiated it. During this period, it has experienced at least several academic practices and schools such as statistical history, metrological history, information history, digital history, etc.. At present, the achievements of computational history focus on three aspects, including data integration and database, corpus and knowledge base construction and mining and analysis of historical text, visualization and GIS historical geographic information system. It should be noted that the so-called "prosperity" of computational historiography has a "foam" component. The superiority of "computing" technology is easy to forget its "double-edged sword" side, the weakening of human nature and humanistic spirit is also worrying. Only by constantly reshaping its own scientificity in the process of crossing, breaking through and self awakening, computational historiography can show its trend and future in the major of "grand history", learning of "overall history" and discourse of "Chinese history".

Today, with the rapid development of artificial intelligence and information technology, major changes have taken place in the editions, catalogs, and collations of classical documents, as well as in the management and research of modern documents. The quantitative and visual analysis of digital content of paper documents has produced the research paradigm of digital bibliology and bibliometrics, and with the help of natural language processing technology, the annotation and automatic analysis of document content are also increasingly enriched. Document management and research with digital forms as the basic carrier and computational models as technical means has become a new trend and new normal state in the academic world. This paper proposes the concept of "computational bibliography" to name the new research method and paradigms of philology in the era of information and intelligence. Taking classical literature, we propose to use artificial intelligence technology for OCR, automatic sentence segmentation, punctuation, indexing, edition comparison, citation, and intelligent typesetting to perform a whole digital emendation and publishing process, which will greatly speed up the emendation and publishing of ancient books. Then, it is urgent to build knowledge bases of classical literature based on high-quality digital documents, and to apply the knowledge service method of big data to classical literature. Finally, through multidisciplinary collaboration, more interdisciplinary students need to be educated in the new era.

Artificial intelligence and big data are reshaping not only human life but also academic research. Flourishing disciplines like computational social science, computational humanities, and "computational X" demonstrate this phenomenon. Computational Jurisprudence is also on the rise, as law has a strong practical aspect and has been intersecting with computation for a long time, going through various development stages such as Jurimetrics and Legal Informatics, and undergoing repeated debates in the academic community. The relevant concepts of Computational Jurisprudence have gradually been clarified, and with the establishment of the Computational Jurisprudence discipline in recent years, a major breakthrough has been achieved. With the support of a disciplinary foundation, Computational Jurisprudence no longer needs to constantly justify itself, and the academic community can now focus more on its practical effectiveness. To present the current research status of Computational Jurisprudence in China and predict its future prospects, a clustering analysis of recent domestic and foreign papers on Computational Jurisprudence was conducted. Finally, the important achievements of Computational Jurisprudence in the areas of data sets, algorithms, and applications were revealed, and future development trends were discussed.

In recent years, with the continuous rise of intelligent algorithms, the application of intelligent intelligence analysis to intelligence decision-making and services has gradually become a trend. At the same time, if there are security risks in intelligent algorithms in intelligence work, it will seriously affect social stability and even national security. Therefore, systematic and sustainable governance is the main means to prevent and resolve the risks of intelligent intelligence analysis algorithms, and has important practical significance. This paper constructs a dual-chain governance model of "alliance chain + private chain" through blockchain technology, and models and simulates the sustainability of risk governance of intelligent intelligence analysis algorithm from the perspective of dynamic game of "developer, third party and supervisor". The study found that improving the quality of developers' research and development is the root of risk governance of intelligent intelligence analysis algorithms, weakening the role of the third party and gradually strengthening its deterrent effect on developers, and regulators establishing reasonable incentive rules can make governance reach the optimal strategy. It aims to seek the best algorithmic risk governance strategy, and then achieve the goal of maximizing governance costs and benefits.

Note-taking behavior is often regarded as one of the important external representations of information use activities in the completion of search tasks, especially learning-related search tasks. In this study, we conducted a user experiment to investigate whether and when users' note-taking behavior occurs through the search activities in each query segment. The results indicate that combining users' dwell time on content pages and Activity Transition (AT) features resulted in prediction accuracy of 86.9%. Furthermore, this study also found that a Hidden Markov Models (HMMs) was able to identify note-taking behavior in real time with good performance, especially in the first query segments in each search session, with the accuracy of 76.65%. These findings provide the effective approaches for real-time monitoring of users' note-taking behavior based on search activities, and contribute to the design of search systems that better support note-taking behavior and task completion during search.

Current research on user health empowerment mainly focuses on the influence of users' attributes and external factors on their empowerment, but knowledge services as one of the important ways to empower users have rarely been mentioned. This paper aims to develop a health domain knowledge service model based on user health empowerment, to empower users to manage their health conditions and participate in decision-making on health issues. Based on the current research on user health empowerment and health domain knowledge services, we propose a user classification based on knowledge needs and construct a corresponding knowledge provision model by clarifying the objectives of user health empowerment-oriented knowledge services; secondly, we portray the change process of users' health knowledge reserves in the process of searching for health information and point out that the types of knowledge need to which users belong will change as the search process progresses. Finally. The matching process between users' expressed knowledge needs and knowledge resources is given, and a health domain knowledge service model for users' health empowerment is constructed.
