随着人工智能技术的快速发展,人工智能素养教育已成为图书馆高质量发展和智慧化转型的重要议题。文章系统梳理了人工智能素养的核心概念,提出以智能知识与技能、智能态度与情感、价值观和智能伦理为基础的多维概念框架,并结合“计划、获取、判断和交流”的过程模型,探索人工智能素养教育的动态实践路径。研究表明,图书馆应通过跨学科协作与情境化教育,夯实公众的技术能力与伦理意识,推动服务模式的创新。由此进一步提出了一系列服务策略,如引入伦理课程、加强技能培训与交互设计等,以提升人工智能技术在图书馆场景中的应用效果。
With the rapid development of artificial intelligence(AI) technologies, AI literacy education has become a crucial focus for libraries’ high-quality development and intelligent transformation. This paper systematically reviews the core components of AI literacy, proposing a multidimensional conceptual framework encompassing knowledge and skills, attitudes and emotions, values, and ethics. It integrates a process model featuring “planning, acquiring, evaluating, and communicating” to explore dynamic pathways for AI literacy education. The findings suggest that libraries should leverage interdisciplinary collaboration and contextualized education to enhance technical competence and ethical awareness among the public, thereby driving service innovation. The study further proposes service strategies, such as introducing ethics-focused courses, strengthening skills training, and optimizing interactive designs to improve AI applications in library contexts.
