随着人工智能技术在社会各领域应用的逐渐深入，尤其是生成式人工智能的快速发展，推动社会进入了智能化转型的新阶段。作为文化服务和创新重要载体的图书馆如何在人工智能场景下履行自己的使命，是当下图书馆应该思考的重要命题。文章以情景分析为视角，通过分析人工智能善用善治、侧重消费应用、自由放任应用、自主决策应用等4种场景下图书馆服务面临的挑战及应对分析，提出了人工智能快速发展背景下的普适性图书馆发展策略，即倡导和积极践行负责任的人工智能，制定素养提升计划以应对新型数字鸿沟，参与图书馆人工智能项目的设计与研发。

With the gradual deepening of the application of artificial intelligence (AI) technology in various social fields, especially the rapid development of generative AI, society has entered a new stage of intelligent transformation. How libraries, as important carriers of cultural services and innovation, fulfill their missions in the context of AI is an important proposition that libraries should consider at present. From the perspective of scenario analysis, this paper analyzes the challenges and corresponding countermeasures faced by library services in four scenarios: the proper use and governance of AI, consumption - oriented applications, laissez - faire applications, and autonomous decision - making applications. Then, it proposes universal development strategies for libraries against the backdrop of the rapid development of AI, namely advocating and actively practicing responsible AI, formulating literacy improvement plans to address the new digital divide, and participating in the design and research of library AI projects.
