在国家大力支持健康事业、数智科技迅猛发展的背景下，健康信息服务作为“健康中国2030”目标的重要组成部分，面临着新的发展要求。文章基于新质生产力理论，在数据驱动和智能信息处理的内涵、理论及方法指导下，分析了新质生产力赋能智能健康信息服务的逻辑起点、现实动力和实践进路，进一步构建并提出了新质生产力赋能健康数据资源基础优化，健康知识多主体协同形成，以及服务机制优化转型的逻辑架构和具体方式，以期为新质生产力赋能智能健康信息服务的具体实现提供参考。

With the country's strong support for the health industry and the rapid development of digital technology, health information services, as an important part of the "Healthy China 2030" goal, are facing new development requirements. Based on the theory of new quality productivity, under the guidance of the connotation, theory and method of data-driven and intelligent information processing, this paper analyzes the logical starting point, practical driving force and practical approach of new quality productivity empowering intelligent health information services, and further constructs and proposes the logical framework and specific methods of new quality productivity empowering the optimization of health data resource foundation, the collaborative formation of multiple subjects of health knowledge, and the optimization and transformation of service mechanisms, in order to provide a reference for the specific realization of new quality productivity empowering intelligent health information services.
