摘要

开展面向前沿交叉领域的信息服务有助于打破领域和行业壁垒,促进知识融合与创新加速,为解决复杂社会问题和推动科技进步提供关键支撑。本文从系统性交叉视角阐述前沿交叉领域的内涵特征,分析信息服务对前沿交叉领域的支撑作用,提出以“高适应性、分类化、全链条”为服务理念,以“智能化、个性化、动态化、高效化”为服务目标的前沿交叉领域信息服务思想,构建面向前沿交叉领域形成、演化、更新与重组全过程的信息服务逻辑架构,并明确信号探测和创新路径预测两大关键服务目标。同时,为应对前沿交叉领域信息服务面临的挑战,创新性探讨顶层设计、数智融合与容错问题的解决方案,旨在为相关领域的研究者、决策者和实践者提供方法论和策略参考。

Abstract

The development of information services for frontier interdisciplinary fields helps break down barriers between domains and industries, promotes knowledge integration, and accelerates innovation, providing crucial support for solving complex societal problems and advancing scientific and technological progress. This paper explores the intrinsic characteristics of frontier interdisciplinary fields from a systemic and interdisciplinary perspective, analyzes the supportive role of information services in these fields, and proposes an information service framework based on the principles of "high adaptability, categorization, and full-chain" service philosophy, and the goals of "intelligent, personalized, dynamic, and efficient" services. It also constructs a logical architecture for information services covering the entire process of formation, evolution, update, and reorganization of frontier interdisciplinary fields, with a focus on two key service goals: signal detection and innovation path prediction. At the same time, to address the challenges faced by information services in frontier interdisciplinary fields, this paper innovatively explores solutions to top-level design, digital and intelligence integration, smart monitoring, and fault tolerance, aiming to provide methodological and strategic references for researchers, decision-makers, and practitioners in related fields.
