    The author discussed the influence of AI on library from the technological environment of AI development, AI and information organization, and the application of AI in library. The author believes that the library should change idea about the application of AI. AI is a tool as well as a friend of human beings. The library should embrace AI with more positive attitude and use AI to activate the communicating function and service function of the library.

    With development of artificial intelligence, library is confronted with new opportunities and challenges. The author discusses the changes brought about by artificial intelligence in library: remodeling of library service, remodeling of library resources, remodeling of human resources in the library, remodeling of readers, and remodeling of library service space, and then pointed out that the artificial intelligence service is reshaping towards a new journey in the new era.

    Genetic engineering, artificial intelligence and nano science was known as three cutting-edge technology in the 21st century and in recent years, many countries have regarded artificial intelligence technology development as a national strategic planning. The rapid development of artificial intelligence technology will bring great influence on the library.  In the big data environment, library development is faced with many difficulties such as user loss, resource integration and intelligent search. The development of artificial intelligence technology will bring important opportunities to the embarrassed libraries in the fields of literature resources construction, building space construction and user management services. Change trends brought about by artificial intelligence development  to the library will mainly embody in three aspects such as  environment, resources and services, namely the future library will be of intelligent library space, intelligent resource system and intelligent customer service.

    In order to define and plan the national development strategy of artificial intelligence, UK released a report entitled "Artificial Intelligence: Opportunities and Implications for the future of Decision Making" in November 2016. This report not only introduces the connotation and confine of artificial intelligence, but also expounds the application prospect, potential risks and response measures of government management and society production by using artificial intelligence. Based on interpretation of the core part of that report, this study presents a library service pattern and some important links, and then discusses the main problems that need to be paid attention to and solved from the perspective of integrating library and artificial intelligence.

    Based on comparison and analysis of the ten strategic technology trends published by Gartner in past five years, ten key technologies that will cause technological change and development in the field of library were chosen and their application in library were analyzed. It is believed that artificial intelligence, virtual and augmented reality, block chain, and twin digital dialogue system will become the main direction of future library technology transformation and development of the digital technology. Digital twin is valuable in the theory and application research in the digital humanities and cultural heritage digitization.

    Artificial intelligence is a new branch of science that simulates human brain's functions. Since 1970s, AI has been gradually applied into book access, consultation, book search, semantic digital library, and image identification. With the advent of artificial intelligence era and the rapid development of AI technologies, AI will be applied into library and the library will changed from the internet + library to AI + library although there are still many difficulties before us.

    Internet+ has changed relations of production, upgraded traditional industries, and promoted creation and cross-border integration. Now the artificial intelligence+ is, as a new engine, subverting social production methods and the way of thinking, and driving society to intelligent and smart direction. A three level model of intelligence+ library is constructed by the author and it is believed that precise management,virtual assistance and virtual service can be realized in the new library, but many problems are to be solved before its realization.

    The development of artificial intelligence technology drives the library's knowledge service towards individuation and precision. Basic on the summarization of knowledge discovery and User portrait, this article constructs the user portrait, so as to construct a service model of library’s knowledge discovery. It is found that the library knowledge service based on user portrait has some advantages in personalized and precision service, and also can improve the experiences of library knowledge service.

    In the early 1980s, in the face of the impact of digital development, "library Extinction Theory" was produced and has been hotly discussed so far. From the development of library at home and abroad, the development trend of Chinese librarianship has been well since the new century. But meanwhile the foreign libraries which were firstly established the legal system, represented by England’s library, were caught into the crisis. The appearance of "artificial intelligence destroys mankind" has further aggravated the sense of hardship of librarians. From the perspective of development, the library needs to promote the development of librarians ' literacy ability, the application of artificial intelligence technology and the extension of library service, so as to embrace the advent of artificial intelligence era.

    Under the framework of intelligent information system, the prospect applications of intelligent information processing (IIP) and intelligent information analysis (IIA) include intelligent analysis, machine translation and automatic summary report. It is pointed out that DIKW chain provided a theoretical foundation of IIP and IIA, and it is proposed that automatic summary report can be significant application of IIP and IIA. Natural language understanding (NLU) as key technology is strengthened.

    The wave of artificial intelligence development affects every area. Intelligence, as a field that is closely related to intelligence by literacy, pays special attention to the development of artificial intelligence. How to infiltrate the intelligence into the intelligence analysis field and realize the intelligence analysis system is a question deserved to be discussed in depth in the new era. On the basis of reviewing the existing intelligence analysis system, this paper proposes a framework of intelligence analysis system based on AI. The intelligence analysis system has the dataset, knowledge base, model base and method base. With intelligent knowledge acquisition, knowledge representation and organization, natural language processing, human-computer interaction, new computing and deep learning, Intelligent acquisition of massive information, dynamic fusion of multi-source information, comprehensive analysis of multidimensional correlations, intelligent interpretation of analysis results, automatic generation of intelligence reports and timely service oriented to scenes.Resources, technologies and functions could be joined through the intelligent analysis engine, which is the core of intelligence analysis system.

    Artificial Intelligence is one of the most popular topics lately and it has been changing the way of our life. Machine learning is playing the most important role in all these effects. This study introduced the development of AI along with machine learning, deep learning and most of their models and methods. It is truly a great chance for LIS to catch up with such a wave of AI. The promising future of LIS topics with machine learning methods is widely analyzed and the ancient Chinese information processing is discussed as an example at last.

    With the rapid development of artificial intelligence, the automatic classification of literature is changing from the rule-based to the machine learning. After an outline of deep learning, the paper introduced convolution neural network into the automatic classification, constructing a multi-level model based on the title and the key words and thus CLC is given automatically. Through the deep learning model in TensorFlow, about 1700000 records of National Newspaper Index were used to make model train. More than 7000literature were processed with the model and the result is: under the production condition, the accuracy of the first classification is 75.39%; the accuracy of the fourth classification is 57.61. When the confidence is 0.9, the correct rate of the first classification is 43.98%, error rate is 1.96%; correct rate of the fourth classification is 25.66%, the error rate is 5.11%.This shows that the model can be used to help realize the semi-automatic in the classification of National Newspaper Index and other problems.

    The rapid development and wide applications of artificial intelligence technology have greatly impacted the knowledge management inside  organizations. From the perspective of   knowledge management transformation and development under artificial intelligence environment, this paper analyzes the influence of artificial intelligence on knowledge creation  and management. It shows that artificial intelligence brings in substantial transformation in knowledge management , especially knowledge creation, and also provides developing support for the organization and application of knowledge. Besides, this paper suggests that knowledge management system framework within artificial intelligence technology embedded, such as deep learning, natural language processing, etc.,in order to achieve all-chain knowledge management  from knowledge creation to knowledge sharing to knowledge application.

    Firstly, the Google Brain's development process and research results were reviewed, and the status was analyzed. Secondly, five problems in knowledge service were pointed out ,that is the low utilization of the knowledge, the fragmentation, the qualities , limited learning abilities versus the quick development of knowledge , the lack of new knowledge and so on. Combined with the Google Brain's research results, the AI knowledge service application model was given. Thirdly, the authors looked into the different application levels AI in knowledge service, including improving the utilization rate and accuracy rate, helping to master knowledge involved, satisfying the potential demand and creating new knowledge. At last, the essay demonstrated that AI development is still in the early stage, and enough data is necessary. Besides, the application should be problem-centered.

    In the worldwide surge of digitization, artificial intelligence is applied in all aspects of social life. On the one hand, they have contributed to improve the vision of good health, push forward the process of open source knowledge transmission, promote the collaborative sharing industrial transformation, and realize the precise and recursive management of society. On the other hand, there are a number of serious risks involved, such as hidden dangers in algorithm decision, the survival crisis of mankind caused by the diffusion of responsibility, alienated power raised by elite tendency and personal rights violated by iterative intelligence. The article proposes to establish the legislative purpose of obeying the interactive law among technical development, economic growth and social stability, equating the collision of national security, social stability, business development and personal growth, and helping ethnic sustainability through intelligent technology research and development. It's especially urgent to make regulations of the balanced government supervision, the transparent and credible data auditing and feedback system, the distinguishing accountability mechanism, the tax mechanism satisfying new needs. Above countermeasures would help to rapidly enhance China's soft power and smart power, and build an innovative technological power.

    Through analyzing theories about open data, the formulation of the license agreement, content of open data, way of open data and practice case deeply, the paper provides advices and inspiration for China's all-round development of open data. Using the method of literature research and network investigation, this paper systematically combs the current situation of open data at home and abroad. The development of open data in foreign countries has been perfected in theory and practice research. Domestic research focuses on the theory and the practice analysis of foreign open data, and lacks open data practice in line with the actual situation of the country. At present, the open data development at home and abroad is dominated by government data, while the open and shared data of scientific research data are relatively few. However, the whole life cycle theory is not fully considered in the research process.

    Through the analysis of the influence of the adoption of digital technology and different types of intangible cultural heritage on the public, the factors concerning the suitable extent of different digital technology and solutions can be found to promote the development and utilization of information resources of intangible cultural heritage. This paper constructs a model of technology adoption in intangible cultural heritage' digital communication, and obtains the sample data through questionnaire survey and offline interview. The empirical study based on UTAUT model found that expectation of results and ease of use, intervention of others and promotion conditions have significant effect on public adoption and adoption behavior; gender, age and education also have a certain effect on it. Based on this, this paper puts forward some suggestions and comments on the application and adoption of information technology in the digital communication.
