With the arrival of the era of knowledge economy, knowledge management, a new management thought, gradually become a hot field of research for the scholars both inside and outside the country. DUZHE is an international famous cultural brand of our country, and it is also a successful apotheosis for the knowledge enterprises to carry through knowledge management in our country. The success of DUZHE is not haphazard, and it is the result of the common action of many factors. This paper starts with the related theory of knowledge management, and actuality analysis method is used. This paper analyzes one of the successful factors, concretely expounding the successful practice in the process of its knowledge innovation. And it serves for the benefits of the management practice for the knowledge enterprises of our nation.
