    Big data not only enrich the knowledge connotation, but also increase the barriers of explicit knowledge. It is an effective way to acquire knowledge by data cleaning of big data finally. According to the characteristics of big data, knowl edge service needs higher requirements. Beside the data use being improved to a high value, the data association was made closely. In the first place, the data quality is improved by data cleaning. Next in importance, the synchronous improvement of knowledge service quality and efficiency are implemented by affording dirty data. A basic model of data cleaning and the limitations is introduced, and then, the data quality mechanism for dirty data is presented.

    The paper discussed research about data cleaning in the process of building data warehouseo In this paper are introduced the types of dirty data and reasons, research status of data cleaning at home and abroad, and definition and object of data cleaning. Algorithms of detection and data processing about abnormal data on attribute-level and record-level are emphasized. The weakness of data cleaning is clarified, and the future research topics of data cleaning are discussed.

    Based on Edward Sawyer"third space epistemology", combined with Ray Oldenburg's"third space"concept, the author made a new interpretation of the "library as place and space" proposition. It is believed that the current library "spatial turn" of the core issue is to build a new library space cognitive system to redefine the"logical boundary" of library space, and to discuss the unique cultural morphology and structure of library space, and to promote the library"spatial turn" in practice development comprehensively.

    Principles of cultural psy chology were used to discuss the relation between sense of belonging and librarian professionalism, and the conclusion is that the latter is a belief in the mind which is not disturbed or constrained by external forces, a sense of belonging to great and noble job and to grand humane cause. The absence of sense of belonging is the main reason the of the absence of professionalism. The significance of the sense of belonging to the professionalism in librarians is elaborated.

    On the base of CSSCI (1998 -2012), this paper, using H-index, analyzed and evaluated the cited records of scientific research output of PhD supervisors in Library and Information Science fields. The paper mainly researched these PhD supervisors' H-index and the attribution of H-index among all institutes enrolling new doctoral students of Library and Information Science, and with the research as a base, the paper analyzed the academic influence of these PhD supervisors and institutes. And, the paper researched the scattering law about PhD supervisors' highly cited papers over the journals, and proved that the scattering law is in conformity with Bradford's Law of Scattering.

    Identifying the characteristics of subject users correctly is vital for subject intelligent services. This paper begins with statistic of the author co-occurrence on journal level in three aspects, i.e. articles, references and citations. Then authors were clustered based on their co-occurrence equivalent matrix. The author clusters and their relevant journals were used to establish an author cluster-journal 2-mode network and the centrality of the author clusters and journals were calculated. Based on analysis of the author clusters and the author cluster -journal 2 -mode network, some suggestions about subject intelligent services are provided.

    Based on Obama administration's information disclosure policy, the author combed various open government initiatives since the 2009 "Memorandum on Transparency and Open Government" was launched. The relevant laws and regulations of e -government construction were introduced, including the "The Open Government Directive",and the opportunity and the challenge in the process of social media application for information disclosure in public sector were analyzed. This study has great significance to Chinese government information development and utilization.

    Under the promotion of open access movement, theses of universities have become an important part of open access resources, and open access is realized through theses databases or institutional repositories. In this article present situation of resource construction and open access in mainland China､Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan universities is investigated, and the problems of open access theses in mainland China universities are analyzed, and then some countermeasures to develop open access theses in mainland China universities are proposed. It will be helpful to practice open access theses in mainland China universities.
  • Research on Knowledge-sharing Continuance Intention in Virtual Community Based on Perceived Value

    Based on information system continuance model, structural equation model on knowledge -sharing continuance intention in virtual community is constructed from view of perceived value. Moreover, the model and hypotheses are verified by the empirical study through collected sample data. The results show that perceived value has not only direct effect on knowledge-sharing continuance intention, but also has indirect effect on knowledge-sharing continuance intention through satisfaction. Finally, the limitations of the study and future research directions are proposed.

    With the development of social media, in order to more effectively access and integrate these cross -language data, semantic annotation plays more important role and gets more attention. In order to understand comprehensively and profoundly the present situation of the field, the paper first introduces the mode of semantic annotation of social media, then elaborates and analyzes the main methods of semantic annotation of social media from aspects of key phrase extraction, ontology-based entity identification, sentiment detection and opinion mining ,and cross-media linking. Moreover the paper discusses two ways to improve semantic annotation of social media. Finally, based on the above, it looks to the future development of the technologies.

    Mobility of researchers is complex and multidimensional, which can be viewed from the geographical, sectoral and intellectual perspective. The paper provided a brief overview of CV analysis from the data collecting, method and existing obstacles, and also proposed some promising possible directions. As figured out, Internet and email was used to collect CVs, and Survival Hazard Analysis was employed to study the mobility. While the CVs appears a promising approach to mobility research, several methodological problems remains to be overcome, such as availability, heterogeneity, truncation, missing information and data coding. Furthermore, the paper indicated that establishing CV database, using ISI, Scopus and other database as a complementary source for CV analysis, integrating network theory and CVs to mobility observation will attract more attentions of researchers in future.

    The paper selects relevant research literature from CNKI database and builds word matrix by SATI. Besides, knowledge and clustering tree mapping are drawn through social network analysis software Ucinet and statistical software SPSS. Co -occurrence of authors and keywords of high frequency in co -related fields are analyzed so that the domestic research situation and future orientation will be clarified.

    Shuixizhaung in Tianjin was a remarkable representative of private garden, and it accomplished great contribution to culture develop of Qing Dynasty. The construction of Shuixizhaung and the charity of recruiting poor intellectuals were not unrelated to the special experience of Zha family. This article discusses the family origin, the miserable experiences of the family, especially of Zha Wei-ren, from the family disaster, mental agony, and silent life in Shuixizhaung, in order to find out Zha Wei-ren's mind change and the cultural contribution of Shuixizhaung.
