Abstract

As an interdisciplinary paradigm emerging in recent years, Artificial intelligence for science (AI4S) promotes scientific discovery and knowledge service innovation in a data-driven way through modern information technology. From the perspective of library development, it is of great value to deeply understand what is AI4S, insight into the relationship between AI4S and the development of library services, and embrace the transformative impact of AI4S on library services. It is found that there is logic link between AI4S and library development. AI4S has been applied in the library field, and it has also influenced the library service deeply in the aspects of service mode, service ability and service value.
