This paper discusses how to further deepen artificial intelligence and library renewal from three aspects. The first is the continuous improvement of information and cultural environment, including the great opportunity of digital butterfly change, the scale and density of urban and rural libraries, the policies and measures of artificial intelligence, and the technical consciousness of introducing artificial intelligence. The second is to develop the upgraded version of artificial intelligence services, including the construction of the whole course intelligent service chain, to help library improve service quality and scale, to endow the librarians super ability, and the modernization of library culture governance. The third is the inspiration from the fight against the new crown pneumonia, including the library's new blue sea, the intelligent interconnection of different places, the intelligence and toughness of library services, and the reader service should keep pace with the times.
