Abstract

In the past, the development of “digitalization wave” in Taiwan has experienced various stages such as “library automation”, “digital collection and digital learning projects” and “Rise of Digital Humanities”, and each period has laid the foundation for subsequent development. In 2013, the Taiwan authorities launched the digital human resources construction, including:promotion plan of curriculum innovation;talent cultivation and industry-university cooperation;subsidy digital humanities project;other promotion, building the field from a multi-dimensional perspective. After analyzing the 242 digital humanities projects which subsidized by the Ministry of Science and Technology of Taiwan in 2013-2017, the research hotspot features were found: focus on Taiwan's local subjects;focus on adolescents and aging issues;emphasis on the application of religion, museums, and virtual integration.
