Abstract

Information literacy education games is a new idea and way for Libraries to develop Information literacy education. Taking the first story-type mobile game of information literacy education in China as an example, this paper summarizes practices of Peking University Library from the following aspects: characters of design, experiences of develop and effects of the participation. Finally, it points out that in the future, information literacy education games could be combined with big data analysis methods, virtual reality technology, and traditional information literacy education activities, and adhere to the brand building of mobile games.
