Abstract

On the basis of analyzing the influence of consumer opinion leaders' characteristics, social network factors and consumers' characteristics on consumer opinion leaders, system dynamics, communication, social network and other related knowledge are used to analyze the influence of consumer opinion leaders, and then the mechanism and influence factors are expounded. Boundaries are divided to build system dynamics model, and the model is simulated and sensitivity analysis is conducted with Vensim PLE to compare the impact of changes in system parameters on the influence of consumer opinion leaders. The results show that the factors related to the characteristics of consumer opinion leaders, factors related to social network and consumers could influence the consumer opinion leaders with words and consumer behavior.
