Under data-intensive scientific environment, more and more scientific data are kept in scientific data repository. And library holds a vast amount of scientific literature. It has become the hot issue that how to link scientific literature and scientific data. At present, the linked practice of academic journals and scientific data is the most active unit in the field. Taking the linkage of journals and scientific data repository as the research object, the article takes the survey of linkage, analyzes the methods of linkage deeply, and provides a reference for our library to create linkage of scientific literature and scientific data.
