Abstract

The paper analyzes the characteristics of data literacy curriculum through the network survey of 138 library and information professional postgraduate programs of 38 iSchools. The characteristics are concluded as follows: more programs have opened data literacy courses but the number of hours is not enough; courses about data awareness, data competency, and data ethics are various; the curriculum of data literacy accords with the common requirements of iSchool Curriculum, and more attention is paid to systematic training,  data mining and practice.
