摘要

文章基于智能体技术催生智能化研究范式转型的背景,梳理智库研究范式的内涵和智能体组织相关框架,指出人工智能技术在智库研究中的应用尚处于工具辅助阶段,并未形成与组织结构和运行机制相适配的研究范式。文章从治理文化、研究过程、成果输出与运行保障四个方面提出智库研究需要增强研究导向的前瞻预判与技术适应能力、推动研究内容交叉融合、构建人机协同研究团队、集成智能化研究方法、拓展成果呈现形态以及完善责任与评估机制等路径。研究认为,智能体组织框架下的智库研究范式创新能够推动智库组织形态和核心功能的调整与转变,为“人工智能+”背景下智库研究模式的演进提供参考。

Abstract

Against the background of the intelligent research paradigm transformation driven by agent-based technologies, this paper sorts out the connotations of think tank research paradigms and relevant agentic organization frameworks, and points out that the application of artificial intelligence in think tank research is still largely at the stage of tool-assisted support, without forming a research paradigm compatible with organizational structures and operational mechanisms. From four aspects—governance culture, research processes, research outputs, and operational support—this paper proposes that think tanks need to enhance forward-looking prediction and technological adaptability oriented by research, promote interdisciplinary integration of research content, build human-machine collaborative research teams, integrate intelligent research methods, expand the forms of research output presentation, and improve accountability and evaluation mechanisms. The study argues that the innovation of think tank research paradigms under the agentic organization framework can promote the adjustment and transformation of think tank organizational forms and core functions, providing reference for the evolution of think tank research models in the context of "Artificial Intelligence Plus".
