数智化与老龄化交织背景下，探究如何有效促进城镇老年人数字融入，对于提升其数字素养、构建包容性信息生态具有重要的理论与实践意义。文章旨在揭示城镇老年人数字融入的动态促进机制，为制定精准干预策略提供指导。研究采用理论抽样对城镇老年人进行半结构化深度访谈，遵循经典扎根理论三级编码程序，并结合智能信息生态系统四维结构进行迭代分析，构建了以“认知-心理-技术”互动为核心的老年人数字融入的促进模型，强调了从“功能适配”迈向“心理适配”的干预新路径。研究发现，智能信息生态系统中的心理回避、技术歧视等因素会激活消极老年刻板印象，阻碍数字融入；智慧传承、数字包容等因素则能激活积极老年刻板印象，促进数字融入。个体的时间折扣倾向在此过程中起关键调节作用。

Against the backdrop of the intertwining of digitalization and aging, exploring how to effectively promote digital inclusion among urban older adults holds significant theoretical and practical implications for enhancing their digital literacy and building an inclusive information ecology. This study aims to uncover the dynamic promotion mechanisms of digital inclusion and provide guidance for developing precise intervention strategies. Using theoretical sampling, semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted with urban older adults. Following the three-level coding procedures of classical grounded theory and integrating iterative analysis based on the four-dimensional structure of the intelligent information ecosystem, this study constructs a promotion model of digital inclusion for older adults centered on the "cognitive-psychological-technological" interaction, highlighting a new intervention pathway that evolves from "functional adaptation" to "psychological adaptation". The findings reveal that factors such as psychological avoidance and technological discrimination within the intelligent information ecosystem activate negative age stereotypes, thereby hindering digital inclusion. Conversely, factors like wisdom transmission and digital inclusion activate positive age stereotypes, thereby promoting digital inclusion. Individual temporal discounting tendencies play a key moderating role in this process.
