在数智技术驱动图书情报工作范式转型的背景下，系统构建图书情报人员算法素养框架，对提升图书情报机构智能化服务水平、优化学术信息生态具有重要的理论价值与实践意义。文章从挑战和机遇两个维度探讨了为何要深入研究图书情报人员算法素养，并在引入胜任力理论的基础上，构建了图书情报人员算法素养框架。研究表明，图书情报人员的算法素养包括算法意识、算法知识、算法技能以及算法规范四个维度。通过对这四个维度的分析，将其进一步细分为更具体的指标，并从分层培养体系构建、技术赋能路径、制度保障机制三个方面提出了图书情报人员算法素养提升的策略。

Against the backdrop of the transformation of the paradigm of library and information work driven by digital intelligence technologies, systematically constructing a framework for the algorithmic literacy of library and information professionals is of great theoretical value and practical significance for enhancing intelligent service levels and optimizing the academic information ecosystem. This study explores why it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on the algorithmic literacy of library and information personnel from the perspectives of challenges and opportunities. Based on the introduction of competency theory, a framework for the algorithmic literacy of library and information personnel is constructed. The research indicates that the algorithmic literacy of library and information professionals encompasses four aspects: algorithmic awareness, algorithmic knowledge, algorithmic skills, and algorithmic norms. By analyzing these four dimensions, it further subdivides them into more specific indicators and proposes strategies for enhancing the algorithmic literacy of library and information professionals from three aspects: the construction of a hierarchical training system, the path of technological empowerment, and the institutional guarantee mechanism.
