摘要

在知识社区中,语言风格对知识接收者的感知满意度和知识交互深度具有显著影响。尽管现有研究关注了知识交互的质量与效率,但尚未充分探讨语言风格在在线知识社区中的作用机制以及对知识交互的影响。文章为理解知识社区中知识交互的影响因素提供了新的视角,并对如何优化知识社区中的语言风格、提升知识输出者与接收者之间的知识交互质量具有重要启示。首先基于语言预期理论和信息质量理论提出理论假设,其次在知识社区中获得346名知识输出者的19,416条知识交互记录,并利用固定效应模型进行实证分析。结果表明,专业性语言风格能够增强知识交互深度,但可能降低知识接收者的感知满意度。相反,社交性语言风格虽然可能降低知识交互深度,但能够提高知识接收者的感知满意度。此外,知识接收者的知识焦虑程度也会影响语言风格对知识交互质量与感知满意度的影响。

Abstract

In knowledge communities, language style has a significant impact on the perceived satisfaction of knowledge recipients and the depth of knowledge interactions. Although existing studies have focused on the quality and efficiency of knowledge interaction, they have not fully explored the role of language style in online knowledge communities or its impact on knowledge interaction. This study provides new insights into understanding the influencing factors of knowledge interactions in knowledge communities and has important implications for how to optimize language style in knowledge communities and improve the quality of knowledge interactions between knowledge producers and recipients. The theoretical hypotheses were proposed based on language expectation theory and information quality theory. Then, 19,416 knowledge interaction records of 346 knowledge contributors in the knowledge community were obtained, and empirical analysis was conducted using a fixed-effect model. The results show that a professional language style could enhance the depth of knowledge interaction, but might reduce the perceived satisfaction of knowledge recipients. Conversely, a social language style may reduce the depth of knowledge interaction but increase the perceived satisfaction of the knowledge receiver. In addition, the knowledge anxiety level of the knowledge receiver also affects the impact of language style on knowledge interaction and perceived satisfaction.
