《国际图联趋势报告（2024版）》的发布，为全球图书馆事业未来发展提供了前瞻性框架。文章从知识和信息环境、数字包容与可持续发展、数字技能与能力、社区联系与信息权益四个维度解读报告中的核心趋势，并围绕以上内容分析了国内外图书馆在数字时代取得的实践以及面临的挑战。基于此，提出了中国图书馆在全球变革中的本土应对路径：构建智慧知识生态系统，完善数据治理体系；推动社会知识公平，落实可持续发展理念；打造全民学习支持体系，提升数字素养能力；建设文化创新共同体，促进社区文化繁荣。

The IFLA Trends Report (2024 Edition) provides a forward-looking framework for the future development of global librarianship. This paper interprets the report’s key trends across four dimensions: the knowledge and information ecosystem,  digital inclusion and sustainable development, digital skills and competencies, community engagement and information equity. Building on this analysis, the study examines the achievements and challenges faced by libraries worldwide in the digital era. Based on this analysis, the report provides the following insights for the development of Chinese libraries: building a smart knowledge ecosystem and improving data governance systems; promoting social knowledge equity while implementing sustainable development concepts; establishing a comprehensive learning support system to enhance digital literacy; and fostering a cultural innovation community to advance community cultural prosperity.
