随着新一代信息通信技术和计算技术的迅速发展，公共数据在经济、社会、行政、科学研究等领域发挥着越来越重要的作用。为帮助人们理解公共数据开放如何促进数字化发展，文章借助中国大陆31个省份的国家统计数据和部分研究者开发的评估数据，利用模糊集定性比较分析方法，研究公共数据开放与其他因素共同推动数字化发展的途径。结果表明：公共数据开放可以与其他因素相结合，共同推动数字化发展。公共数据开放主要通过3条途径促进数字化发展，即研发经费投入型路径、市场规模拉动型路径、数字技术应用型路径。

With the rapid development of new ICT and computing technologies, public data is playing an increasingly important role in economy, society, administration, and scientific research. In order to help people understand how does the opening of public data propel the development of digitalization, this paper employs fsQCA to analysis the statistical data and the index data of 31 provinces of the Chinese mainland, with a view to explore how public data opening combines with other factors to promote digitalization development. The results show that public data opening is possible to combine with other factors to promote digitalization development. There are three channels through which public data opening promotes digitalization development, these are, the channel of research and development funds investment, the channel of market scale pull, the channel of digital technologies application.
