Under the strategic background of vigorously promoting the construction of data factor market and intelligent transformation and digital transformation, the circulation and utilization of industrial data still faces many problems such as insufficient dynamic supply, low security and reliability, and weak interoperability. The innovative breakthroughs of data spaces model in institutional design, technical tools and other aspects have the adaptability advantage to solve such problems. Guided by solving the dilemma of industrial data circulation and utilization, this article realizes the logical framework of the interaction of the three chains by constructing the basic idea of synergistic linkage of data chain, innovation chain and industrial chain based on the structured framework design and technical solutions of data spaces; by focusing on key targets such as data, subject and environment, the overall technical architecture is deconstructed and designed from a process perspective, the main functional modules are planned, and the core components supporting the operation of the technical system are cut in to construct functional technical tools with data circulation and utilization as the core, presenting the basic principles and cutting-edge trends of key technologies in this architecture.
