文章通过梳理国际学界数字技能的相关理论框架，结合我国乡村实际，对中国西部农民进行观察、访谈及分层随机抽样问卷调查（N = 684），从“操作技能”“信息技能”“社交技能”“创造技能”“安全技能”“问题解决技能”和“数字农业增收技能”七个维度构建了我国农民数字技能量表（DiSSF），并进行了评估及应用探讨。研究发现，我国西部农民的数字技能整体水平较低，因此，提升农民信息技能、引导数字农业增收、加强数字安全教育、加快新型职业农民培育，是未来弥合城乡数字鸿沟、推进数字乡村建设和乡村振兴的重要方向。

By combing the theoretical frameworks of digital skills and combining it with the local practices in rural China, this paper developed a DiSSF (Digital Skills Scale for Farmers) including "operational skills", "information skills", "social skills", "creative skills", "safety skills", "problem-solving skills", and "digital farming income skills". The DiSSF was assessed and applied based on a stratified random sampling survey (N = 684). It found that the overall level of Chinese farmers' digital skills was low, esp. in "information skills", "safety skills" and "digital farming income skills". Guiding digital agricultural increase, strengthening digital safety education, and accelerating the cultivation of new professional farmers were suggested the most significant directions for the future of China's digital countryside and rural revitalization.
