文章旨在通过构建现代乡村公共文化服务标准体系，探讨以标准化繁荣振兴文化事业与推动文化治理转型的可行路向。以“层级-内容-框架”为研究主线，梳理解构当前现代乡村公共文化服务标准形成的以国家标准为纲、地方标准为要、行业标准为辅、团体标准为补充的层级体系，以及建筑空间标准为基、资源建设标准为翼、用户服务标准为瞄、管理运维标准为先、数智技术标准为器、整体评估标准为镜构成的内容体系。在乡村文化振兴与城乡公共文化服务一体化战略的驱动下，标准层级体系的分治融合与内容体系一体共进，互为经纬又自我调适，共同构成我国现代乡村公共文化服务标准体系的二维框架。相关责任主体应该促进标准要素的集成融合、实现标准生态的协同治理和增强标准网络的全域供给，加快乡村公共文化服务标准体系化现代化建设进程。

Aims to explore the feasible way to revitalize cultural undertakings and promote the transformation of cultural governance through the construction of a modern rural public cultural service standard system.Taking "level-content-framework" as the main research line, this paper deconstructs the hierarchical system formed by modern rural public cultural service standards, which is based on national standards, local standards as the priority, industry standards as supplements, and group standards as supplements, as well as the content system composed of building space standards as the foundation, resource construction standards as wings, user service standards as the target, management and operation standards first, digital intelligence technology standards as the instrument, and overall evaluation standards as the mirror.Driven by the strategy of rural cultural revitalization and urban and rural public cultural service integration, the integration of the standard hierarchy system and the content system are integrated and self-adjusted, which together constitute the two-dimensional framework of China's modern rural public cultural service standard system. Relevant responsible entities should promote the integration of standard elements, realize the collaborative governance of the standard ecology, enhance the global supply of the standard network, and accelerate the process of systematic modernization of rural public cultural service standards.
