从共生视角解析用户与图书馆智慧服务互利共生的演进过程,探究图书馆智慧服务共生模式的运行机理,能够为实现用户和图书馆智慧服务各自价值目标的互惠双赢提供新思路。文章结合共生理论的基本要素构建图书馆智慧服务共生模式系统结构图,采用系统动力学方法探索图书馆智慧服务共生模式不同阶段的动态演化趋势并识别关键构成要素,通过仿真分析验证共生模式系统的有效性,以探讨图书馆智慧服务共生模式的实现机理。研究发现图书馆智慧服务共生模式演化历经点共生、间歇共生、连续共生和一体化共生四个阶段。智慧服务开发水平、价值实现程度、馆内服务创新和用户知识创新为关键构成要素,服务价值在一体化共生阶段得到充分实现。
The paper analyzes the evolutionary features of the mutually beneficial symbiosis between users and library smart services from a symbiotic perspective, explores the operation mechanism of the symbiotic model of library smart services, and provides new ideas for achieving the mutual win-win situation of the respective value goals of users and library smart services. The paper combines the basic elements of symbiosis theory to construct the system structure diagram of library smart services symbiosis model, adopts the system dynamics method to explore the dynamic evolution trend of library smart services symbiosis model at different stages and identifying the key constituent elements, and verifying the effectiveness of library smart services symbiosis model system through system dynamics simulation, then discusses the realization mechanism of library smart service symbiosis model. The evolution of library smart services’ symbiosis model has gone through four stages: point symbiosis, intermittent symbiosis, continuous symbiosis and integrated symbiosis. The research found that the level of library smart services development, the degree of value realization, library services innovation and user knowledge innovation are the key constituent elements, and the services value are fully realized in the integrated symbiosis stage.
