标准是决定我国数字经济发展动力和潜力的重大因素。为了推进标准向数字化、网络化、智能化转型，亟需大力开展标准数字化转型路径探索。文章基于国内外标准数字化转型发展的理论研究，首先，阐述了国际标准化组织SMART STANDARD项目对标准数字化转型的认识、国内典型行业对标准数字化转型的认识、国际国内融汇视角下对标准数字化转型的共识，综述了国内外标准数字化发展现状；其次，分析了中国标准数字化转型发展面临的现实问题，分别借鉴了国际标准化组织、国际发达国家、国内典型行业的标准数字化转型发展路径，从而提出了中国标准数字化转型路径；最后，提出中国标准数字化转型发展建议，以期为中国标准数字化转型发展战略实施和国家标准化发展提供支撑和参考。

Standards are a major factor determining the driving force and potential of China's digital economy development. In order to promote the transformation of standards to digital, networked and intelligent, it is urgent to vigorously explore the path of Digital transformation of standards. Based on the theoretical research on the development of Digital transformation of standards at home and abroad, this paper first describes the understanding of the International Organization for Standardization SMART STANDARD project on standard Digital transformation, the understanding of domestic typical industries on standard Digital transformation, and the consensus on standard Digital transformation from the perspective of international and domestic integration, and summarizes the development status of standards at home and abroad. Secondly, it analyzes the practical problems faced by the development of Digital transformation of Chinese standards, draws on the development path of standard Digital transformation of International Organization for Standardization, international developed countries, and domestic typical industries, and proposes the path of Digital transformation of Chinese standards. Finally, suggestions on the development of Digital transformation of Chinese standards are put forward. The conclusions can provide support and reference for the implementation of the development strategy of Digital transformation of Chinese standards and the development of national standardization.
