明确数字记忆项目开发的现状问题，规避数字记忆项目开发的潜在风险，能够助力数字记忆项目长期可持续性开发。文章通过遍历国内外知名数字记忆项目，结合文献与网络调研，总结数字记忆项目开发概况，探索现阶段数字记忆项目开发过程中的实际问题，基于问题导向提出相应对策。研究发现：尽管数字记忆项目在全球范围内呈现出百花开放态势，但在个人隐私、资金供给、技术滥用、数据开放、公众参与、宣传推广等诸多方面存在不足。为此，基于政策、资源、技术、保障四大维度提出深化数字记忆项目开发的具体对策。

To clarify the current problems of digital memory project development. Avoid the potential risks of digital memory project development, and contribute to the long-term sustainable development of digital memory project.Through traversing famous digital memory projects at home and abroad and combining literature and online research, we summarize the overview of digital memory project development. Explore the practical problems in the current digital memory project development process. Propose corresponding countermeasures based on the problem-oriented approach. Although digital memory projects are opening up globally, there are shortcomings in many aspects such as personal privacy, funding supply, technology abuse, data openness, public participation, publicity and promotion. For this reason, specific countermeasures to deepen the development of digital memory project are proposed based on four dimensions: policy, resources, technology, and security.
