数据治理是确保数据要素价值有效释放的前提保障，面向数字经济发展的区域大数据治理提升路径，可以为创新数据治理体系提供借鉴。文章基于社会技术系统理论，运用fsQCA方法发现：（1）单一因素并非促使高水平区域大数据治理路径形成的必要条件；（2）引致面向数字经济发展的区域大数据治理提升路径共有5条，进一步提炼为3种驱动模式，即结构主导型、技术主导型和“社会-技术”全能型；（3）面向数字经济发展的区域大数据治理提升路径具有明显的区域特点、试点效应以及数字经济发展水平差异性特征，各类型路径中社会技术系统的联动效应较为显著，且技术子系统要素作为核心条件的赋能优势明显，尤其是新兴信息技术应用，社会子系统中结构维度同样举足轻重。

Data governance is the prerequisite guarantee to ensure the effective release of data element value. The improvement path for regional big data governance for the development of the digital economy can provide reference for the innovative data governance system. This paper based on the theory of social technology system, the fsQCA method is found to be found: (1) Single factor is not a necessary condition for the formation of big data governance paths for high-level regions. (2) There are 5 paths for regional big data governance for the development of the digital economy, which is further refined into three driving modes, namely structural dominance type, technology led type, and social technology all-around type. (3) The regional big data governance path for the development of the digital economy has obvious regional characteristics, pilot effects, and the differences in the level of digital economy development. The empowerment advantage of conditions is obvious, especially the application of emerging information technology, and the structural dimension in the social subsystem is equally important.
