为顺应健康中国发展战略，维护弱势群体文化权益，探究国内外公共图书馆关于弱势群体健康信息服务发展现状，为公共图书馆面向弱势群体的健康信息无障碍服务提供理论支持和实践方案。文章运用网络调查法和文献调查法，对比分析国内外关于弱势群体健康信息服务的相关研究文献，从服务主体、服务对象、服务内容、服务方式、服务保障五个方面解析公共图书馆在面向弱势群体提供健康信息无障碍服务中存在的问题，并提出建议。研究表明：公共图书馆应充分把握各类型弱势群体需求，通过构建多元主体合作、丰富健康信息服务资源、创新健康信息服务方式、完善健康信息服务保障等四个方面提升公共图书馆健康信息服务水平和质量，推动馆内健康信息服务高质量发展。

Comply with the development strategy of a healthy China, safeguard the cultural rights and interests of vulnerable groups, explore the development status of health information services for vulnerable groups in public libraries at home and abroad, and provide theoretical support and practical solutions for public libraries to provide accessible health information services for vulnerable groups. This paper uses the network survey method and literature survey method to compare and analyze the relevant research literature on health information services for vulnerable groups at home and abroad, analyze the problems existing in public libraries in providing barrier free health information services for vulnerable groups from five aspects of service subject, service object, service content, service mode and service guarantee, and put forward targeted suggestions. The public library fully grasped the needs of various types of vulnerable groups, and improved the level and quality of health information service in the public library through four aspects: building multi subject cooperation, enriching health information service resources, innovating health information service methods, and improving health information service guarantee, so as to promote the high-quality development of health information service in the library.
