为了促进我国大学图书馆治理现代化，摆脱路径依赖，实现转型与超越，以技术逻辑考察有关议题具有重要的现实意义。文章在国家治理现代化视角下剖析大学图书馆治理体系及治理能力现代化双重维度，探究数据化驱动大学图书馆治理现代化的逻辑过程，并提出和分析数据化驱动大学图书馆治理现代化的发展框架及其应用限度问题。研究表明，在数据化驱动下算法、算力和算理构成了理解大学图书馆治理现代化的计算维度。通过计算来建立大学图书馆治理现代化的议程和操作方案，并推动图书馆体制机制、组织架构、方式流程、主体关系、科学决策等实现整体智治。同时需要警惕大学图书馆治理过程中陷入数据崇拜的困境，更要注意图书馆数据化与图书馆治理的耦合性问题。
