平台化是数字化时代最重要的趋势之一，由数字平台视角进一步丰富标准情报服务的相关理论体系，探究标准情报服务的创新机理，有助于加快推动数据智能创新应用，为标准情报服务实现更高质量发展增添新动力。文章在阐述数字平台对标准情报服务创新驱动动因的基础上，对其现实内涵和特征作出界定。遵循服务创新理论的核心要义，对数字平台驱动标准情报服务创新的价值逻辑展开分析，并就创新实现路径予以探讨。伴随着平台生命周期的阶段性演进，标准情报服务创新的各维度要素彼此交织融合，在层级递进与衔接中实现了阶段性跃升、递增式发展，据此提出相应的创新推进策略，以期开创“平台+服务”同频共振新局面。

Platformization is one of the most important trends in the digital era. From the perspective of digital platform, the relevant theoretical system of standard information service will be further enriched, exploring the innovation mechanism of standard information service，which will help accelerate the application of data information innovation and add new impetus to the higher-quality development of standard information service. On the basis of expounding the driving motivation of digital platform to standard information service innovation, we define its connotation and characteristics. Following the core essence of service innovation theory, we analyze the value logic of digital platform driving standard information service innovation, and discuss the path of innovation realization. With the staged evolution of the platform life cycle, the elements of standard information service innovation are intertwined and integrated with each other, and staged jumps and incremental development have been achieved in the level progression and connection, and thus creating a new situation of "platform + service" resonance.
