摘要

数字藏品创新业态嵌入文化领域是后疫情时代科技创新落地转化的重要实践,既通过积极赋能文博衍生与数字文创的叙事逻辑,搭建创作者与消费者之间全新的价值链接,构筑持续收益理性分配模型,充分激励数实融合的文化保护、传承与传播,亦暴露出价值标准不清晰、权利归属不明确、交易流程不对等、规则适用不稳定等问题。整个行业的运作过程理应贯彻风险规避与价值支撑并重的顶层设计、严格遵循现行法律法规并构建多维共识下的新兴行业自律框架、审慎开展合规自检自控。通过规范化运作模式深度挖掘数字藏品的文化内涵,促进文化产业高质量发展,推动人类文明不断进步。

Abstract

The digital collection is embedded into the cultural field, which is an important practice of the implementation and transformation of scientific and technological innovation in the post-COVID-19 era. It not only builds a new value link between creators and consumers through actively enabling the narrative logic of cultural and museum derivatives and digital cultural innovation, builds a rational distribution model of sustainable income, fully encourages the cultural protection, inheritance and dissemination of the integration of data and reality, but also exposes the unclear value standards, unclear ownership of rights, unfair transaction process, and the unstable application of laws.The operation process of the whole industry should implement the top-level design that pays equal attention to risk aversion and value support, strictly follow the existing laws and regulations, build a self-discipline framework for the emerging industry under multi-dimensional consensus, and prudently carry out self inspection and self-control of compliance. Through know deeply the cultural connotation of digital collections through the standardized operation mode, we can promote the high-quality development of cultural industry, and promote the continuous progress of human civilization.
