二十大报告明确提出要实施国家文化数字化战略。根据中办、国办《关于推进实施国家文化数字化战略的意见》，文章从中华民族优秀传统文化传承和文化自信的角度，对古籍文献知识组织的政策意涵进行了解读，并以文化记忆和“世界3”理论为基础，深入解析了古籍文献知识组织的理论基础、主要载体、精神内核、制度安排和实践路径。文章对理解图档博行业新时代的职业使用，依托古籍文献序化组织而切实履行社会职能具有一定的参考借鉴价值。

The report of the 20th National Congress of the CPC proposed to implement the national culture digitization strategy. According to the Opinions on Promoting the Implementation of the National Cultural Digitalization Strategy issued by the Central Government of China, this paper aims to shed light on the policy implications of the knowledge organization of ancient literatures from the perspective of the inheritance of the Chinese excellent traditional culture and enforce the cultural self-confidence of Chinese people. Then, based on cultural memory and the "World 3" theory, the article deeply analyzes the theoretical basis, main carriers, spiritual core, institutional arrangements and practical direction of knowledge organization of ancient literatures. This paper has a certain reference value for the library, archive and museum industry to performance the professional missions based on effective organization of ancient literatures.
