在新冠肺炎疫情加速数字化转型进程的背景下，数据跨境治理已成为全球数字经济发展不得不面对的现实性问题。文章在对数据跨境治理的基本内涵阐释的基础上，对跨境数据治理面对的机遇和风险加以分析，指出当前数据跨境治理的主要范式，并提出我国数据跨境治理的因应策略，以回应全球数字经济时代所面临的困境。

In the context of COVID-19 accelerating digital transformation,data cross-border governance will become a realistic problem that the global digital economy has to face. On the basis of clarifying the basic connotation of data cross-border governance, this paper expounds the opportunities and risks faced by cross-border data governance,and discusses the main governance paradigms in current practice.Finally, it points out the coping strategies of my country's data cross-border governance to respond to the problems faced in the era of the global digital economy.
