元宇宙的热潮孕育着社会运行模式的变革，图书馆作为重要的公共文化服务机构之一，也不可避免地受到影响，因此有必要探究在元宇宙视域下图书馆服务模式将发生的变革。文章通过厘清元宇宙的运行机制，并以服务主体、服务手段、服务空间、服务内容和服务对象等为核心要素构建元宇宙视域下的图书馆服务模式。在此基础上，对知识服务、公共文化服务、阅读服务以及咨询服务等应用场景进行描述。通过对新型服务模式的分析发现元宇宙视域下的图书馆服务将从虚实分离迈向虚实融合，其新特征主要体现为：多元化的服务主体、融合化的服务手段、沉浸化的服务空间、智慧化的服务内容以及数字化的服务对象。图书馆应该积极采取技术融合、空间再造、拓展服务以及数字包容等策略来推进实施元宇宙视域下的新型服务模式。

The upsurge of metaverse breeds the reform of social operation mode. As one of the important public cultural service institutions, the libraries are inevitably affected. Therefore, it is necessary to explore the changes that will take place in the library service model from the perspective of metaverse. By clarifying the operation mechanism of the metaverse, and taking the aspects of service subjects, service methods, service spaces, service contents and service objects as elements, this paper constructs a service mode from the perspective of metaverse. On this basis, application scenarios such as knowledge services, public cultural services, reading services and reference services are described. Through the analysis of the new service mode, it is found that the library services from the perspective of metaverse will move from separation to integration of virtuality and reality. The main features of the model are reflected in diversified service subjects, integrated service means, immersive service spaces, intelligent service contents and digital service objects. Libraries should actively adopt strategies such as technology integration, space reconstruction, expanding services and digital inclusion to promote new service models from the perspective of the metaverse.
