读者荣誉制度能直接刺激读者参与阅读活动，对解决当前高校图书馆在经典阅读推广过程中面临的困境具有积极意义。文章阐释了荣誉制度的基本特征，通过文献调研获取了读者荣誉制度的研究与实践现状，探索阅读推广的读者荣誉制度体系架构，提出制定合理的荣誉激励体系、重视荣誉机制实施效果、致力构建长期荣誉机制形成稳定的核心读者群等荣誉制度建设策略。

The reader honor system can directly stimulate readers to participate in reading activities, which has a certain positive significance for solving the difficulties faced by University Libraries in the process of classic reading promotion. This paper studies the basic characteristics of the honor system, obtains the research and practice status of the reader honor system through literature research, and explores the reader honor system architecture of reading promotion, this paper puts forward some strategies for the construction of reader honor system, such as formulating a reasonable honor incentive system, paying attention to the implementation effect of the honor mechanism, and striving to build a long-term honor mechanism to form a stable core reader group.
