研究图书馆“场所”价值，本质上就是回应“图书馆向何处去”的根本性问题。图书馆界对图书馆实体空间的功能与作用认识不一，争论不休。文章从社会公众视角，深入分析互联网公共平台上丰富的图书馆评论信息，为图书馆“场所”价值研究带来了新思路、新材料、新方法，有助于从需求侧变化推进图书馆供给侧改革。同时，探索开展图书馆“场所”价值研究新范式，需要充分认识到相关技术工具的局限性。

To study the "place" value of the library is to answer the fundamental question of "what’s the library future". Librarians have different understandings of the function of the physical space of the library with endless debating. In-depth analysis of the rich library review information on the Internet from the public has brought new ideas, new materials, and new methods to the research of the "place" value of the library, which is helpful to promote the reform of supply side from changes in the demand side. It is necessary to fully recognize the limitations of technological tools in developing new research paradigms for the "place" value of the library.
