主流媒体的记录是研究公共图书馆大众化需求的理想素材。对近20年主流媒体挖掘研究表明,公共图书馆大众化需求主要体现为生活需要、学习需要、情感和休闲需要。文章从馆藏、空间、人员和服务维度分析了大众需求内容,提出公共图书馆大众化需求具有公共性、生活性和替代性的特征,并从公共空间、公共价值、公共文化和公共服务四个方面分析了公共图书馆大众化需求的演化趋势。最后探讨了大众化需求理论在"十四五"及未来公共图书馆事业发展中的应用路径。
The records of mainstream media are ideal materials for studying the popular needs of public libraries. A study of mainstream media excavation in the past 20 years shows that popular demand for public library is mainly reflected in life needs, learning need, emotional and leisure needs. The content of popular demand is analyzed in terms of collection, space, personnel and service dimensions, and the characteristics of popular demand for public library as public, living and alternative are proposed. The evolution trend of popular demand for public library is analyzed in four aspects: public space, public value, public culture and public service. Finally, the author discusses the application of popular demand theory in the 14th Five-Year Plan and the future development of public libraries.
