在文化与旅游融合的背景下，针对如何用以图书馆为代表的文化内涵诠释旅游以及如何用旅游传播文化这一问题，文章提出了基于移动视觉搜索（Mobile Visual Search，MVS）的解决思路。在对文化旅游领域移动视觉搜索研究和实践综述的基础上，从众包方式的资源采集、语义关联的数据聚合以及情景化服务设计三个方面对基于移动视觉搜索的图书馆文旅融合数字资源建设进行研究，并对行政管理部门、图书馆等文化机构和旅游机构如何开展基于移动视觉搜索的协作提出了相关建议。

In the context of the integration of culture and tourism, the paper proposes a Mobile Visual Search (MVS) based strategy for the issue of how to use cultural connotation represented by the library to explain tourism and how to use tourism to disseminate culture. Based on the review of MVS research and practice in the field of cultural tourism, this study focuses on the MVS-based library cultural and tourism digital resource construction from the perspectives of crowdsourced resource collection, semantically related data aggregation, and contextualized service design. Suggestions on how to implement MVS-based collaboration for administration, cultural institutions such as libraries and tourism agencies are discussed.
