新型冠状病毒肺炎（COVID-19）研究是2020年学界的重点关注领域和热点话题。文章以Web of Science（WOS）核心数据库和中国知网（CNKI）数据库中2020年COVID-19研究的相关文献作为研究对象，对不同学科的研究主题和传播聚类进行分析。对COVID-19研究的学科主题分析发现：国内外学者共同关注COVID-19的临床医学和公共卫生研究，对医护人员的心理健康、在线教学和疫苗研究都较重视；国外侧重于面向COVID-19的基础医学研究，而国内侧重于人文社科研究。对国际COVID-19研究的高被引文献传播聚类分析发现：对COVID-19的流行病学特征、SARS-CoV-2的结构和致病机制、COVID-19的病理表现和影像学特征、COVID-19并发症研究和抗病毒药物研究的传播较为广泛。

The research on COVID-19 was a focus area and hot topic of the academic community in 2020.The literatures related to COVID-19 published in WOS and CNKI databases were taken as the research object to analyze their thematic characteristics and topic clusters by using the methods of bibliometrics, in order to provide a reference for researchers and decision makers. The subject analysis of COVID-19 research found that scholars at home and abroad paid more attention to the clinical medicine and public health research of COVID-19, as well as mental health of medical staff, online teaching and vaccine research were more seriously.Foreign countries focused on basic medical research for COVID-19, while domestic research focused on humanities and social sciences.A cluster analysis of the spread of highly cited literatures on international COVID-19 research found that the epidemiological characteristics of COVID-19, the structure and pathogenesis of SARS-CoV-2, as well as the pathological diagnosis and treatment of COVID-19 are the focus of both current and future attention.
