：新文科的产生深植于社会的重大变革。数据密集型的第四科研范式给文科研究带来了新的突破，因而从数据的角度看待新文科建设显得尤为重要。新文科应遵循信息技术“祛魅”、学科交叉融合、数据人才培育、解决重大问题的逻辑进行建设。图书馆在人文社科数据获取、保存、传播等方面的独特优势决定了其在新文科建设中的“中台”地位。图书馆数据服务可从DIKW模型的数据、信息、知识、智慧四个层次开展，赋能新文科建设。

The emergence of the new liberal arts is deeply rooted in major changes of society. The data-intensive fourth scientific research paradigm has brought new breakthroughs to liberal arts research. Therefore, considering the construction of new liberal arts from a data perspective is of great significance. More specifically, the new liberal arts should follow the rules of information technology disenchantment, interdisciplinary integration, data-talented cultivation and resolving major issues. It is the advantage in the data acquisition, preservation, and dissemination that determines library's middle stage status in the construction of new liberal arts. Therefore, library data service could be improved from the DIKW model, including four levels of data, information, knowledge, and wisdom to empower the construction of new liberal arts.
