摘要

:新工科等新型教育模式以及信息技术不断发展,为信管专业学生提供了更多的发展机遇,也对信管专业学生的综合能力提出了更高的要求。文章首先通过访谈法对信管专业371位校友就“信管专业能力提升”问题开展了访谈,形成了68份访谈报告(约2.8万字),再运用扎根理论方法借助NVivo 10软件进行质性研究,以毕业校友的视角构建了信管专业学生能力提升影响因素模型,并借助问卷数据对此模型开展了实际验证。研究发现新工科背景下样本高校信管专业学生能力提升存在四个问题:学校资源需要更新完善且学生对资源的利用率较低、学生自我提升意识淡薄、对实习实践能力培养的重视程度不高、部分人才培养方案和课程结构设置不够合理。针对问题,在扎根理论构建的信管专业能力提升模型的基础上,研究基于新工科的建设背景学生、学校和社会三个层面给出了信管专业学生能力提升路径。其一,学生应注重专业知识的学习,提升新工科技术应用和创新思维,提升自主学习能力和专业技能,积极参与社会思想提高就业能力;其二,学校应大力推行新工科教育建设,完善教学资源,切实提高信管专业教育教学质量,将实践教学作为主要提升点,注重专业师资教学能力培养,建立以新工科为主的人才培养模式,制定合理的信管专业人才培养方案和课程内容;其三,社会与学校加强信息共享、及时反馈社会发展信息,加强合作,信息共享。

Abstract

The continuous development of new education models such as new engineering courses and information technology provides more development opportunities for students majoring in information management,and also puts forward higher requirements for the comprehensive ability of students majoring in information management. This study first conducted interviews with 371 alumni of the information management major on the issue of "improving the professional ability of credit management" through the interview method, and formed 68 interview reports (approximately 28,000 words), and then use grounded theory methods to conduct qualitative research with NVivo 10 software to from the model of factors affecting the improvement of abilities for undergraduates who major in information management from the perspective of graduate alumni, and carry out actual verification of this model with the help of questionnaire data. The study found that there are four problems in the improvement of the abilities of information management majors in sample universities under the background of new engineering: school resources need to be updated and improved, and the utilization of resources by students is low, students' self-improvement awareness is weak, the importance of training practical ability is not high, and some talent training programs and curriculum structure settings are not reasonable. In response to the problem, on the basis of a grounded theoretically-constructed model for the improvement of the professional ability of information management, the study based on the construction background of new engineering students, the school and the society gave a path to improve the ability of the students of information management: firstly, students should pay attention to the study of professional knowledge, improve the application of new engineering technology and innovative thinking, improve independent learning ability and professional skills, and actively participate in social thinking to improve employability; secondly, the school should vigorously promote the construction of new engineering education, improve teaching resources, and effectively improve the quality of education and teaching of the information management, take practical teaching as the main point of improvement, pay attention to the training of professional teachers' teaching ability, and establish a talent training model based on new engineering. formulate a reasonable training plan and course content for information management professionals. zthirdly, the society and schools should strengthen information sharing, timely feedback social development information, strengthen cooperation and information sharing.
