：随着学者对数字资源应用的需求日益强烈，数字人文图书馆员在就业市场的需求突显关注。为了探究数字人文图书馆员所需要的职业核心竞争力与技能，文章以近些年美国图书馆协会（ALA）提供的专业图书馆员公开招聘信息作为数据集，通过定量和定性内容分析了学术图书馆数字人文图书馆员所需的核心职业能力素养。研究发现，专业基础与高等学历是成为数字人文图书馆员的关键条件，而技术知识等技能是至关重要的能力需求。

With the increasingly strong demand of scholars for the application of digital resources, the demand for digital humanities librarians in the job market is also on the rise. To determine the core competencies and skills required for digital humanities librarians, authors adopt a set of recent job announcements from the American Library Association JobLIST, and use both quantitative and qualitative analysis methods to conduct an in-depth descriptive and inferential analysis to seek the current core professional competencies required for digital librarians. The results indicate that professional foundation and higher degree are the key elements to become a digital humanities librarian, and technical knowledge and related skills are the most important needs of major libraries.
