摘要

:均等服务、服务绩效、专业化和阅读推广,是图书馆分馆服务品质衡量标准。其中,均等服务需要通过服务点覆盖来保证;到馆人次、外借册次是分馆服务绩效的晴雨表;专业化是读者有效获取资源和服务效益最大化的保证;阅读推广是服务体系均等服务、专业化服务和服务绩效的综合体现。提升图书馆分管的服务品质,需要用创新投入机制和激励机制来推动服务点建设,用品牌理念和参与主体的创新来创建阅读推广长效机制,用专业培训和学术研究来提升分馆整体专业化水准。

Abstract

Equal services, service performance, professional operation and reading promotion are the measurement standards of branch library service quality: equal services are guaranteed by service point coverage; the number of visits and loan books are the barometer of the branch library service performance; specialization is the guarantee for readers to effectively obtain resources and maximize service benefits; reading promotion is a comprehensive reflection of equal service, professional service and service benefits of the service system. The increase of service performance needs innovative input and incentive mechanisms to construct more service points. Long-term mechanism for reading promotion needs brand ideas and innovations of participating entities. Professional training and academic research can be used to improve the overall quality of the branch library.
