：2019年12月，国际图联发布了《国际图联趋势报告2019年新进展》（IFLA Trend Report Update 2019），继续就图书馆运营过程中的一些重要问题和发展情况给出见解和预测。文章解读了《国际图联趋势报告2019年新进展》的主要内容，分析认为当前我国图书馆应对变化的环境应注意以下四个方面：通过合作激发图书馆的学习能力和发展潜力、拓展跨界服务范围努力争取更多话语权、通过多元的宣传和评价方法展示图书馆价值、应用整体思维和国际化视野助力图书馆信心和能力构建。

IFLA issued IFLA Trend Report Update 2019 in December, 2019 to give its explanation to some important problems in the operation of library and prediction of development. After an interpretation of the main contents of the report, the author believes that libraries of our country should pay attention to the following jobs: to excite the learning ability and developing potential by cooperation; to strive for more right to speak by expanding the scope of cross-border services; to reveal library value through multiple publicity and evaluation methods; and to apply holistic thinking and international perspective to help construct confidence and ability.
