：科研立项在一定程度呈现了学科发展的轨迹，反映了学科发展的动态。文章以国外45所iSchools院校作为调研样本，通过定量与定性相结合的方法，对2014-2018年的科研立项数量、主题、项目主持人与资助机构等内容进行调查分析，发现国外iSchools院校的科研立项呈现出关注健康信息学领域、涉及技术类的项目获批较多、科研项目主持人学科背景多元化、研究领域广泛、科研资助机构多样化、经费投入充足等特点。

The scientific research project presents the track of the development of the discipline to a certain extent, which reflects the dynamics of the development of the discipline. Taking the research projects of iSchools abroad as a sample of research, the number of research projects, themes, project hosts and funding agencies are investigated and analyzed through the combination of quantitative and qualitative methods. The researches of iSchools abroad show the characteristics: the field of health informatics is concerned about; more projects involving technology are approved; funds are sufficient and come from diversified academic funding institutions.
