As a milestone in advancing the discipline development, it is of prominent significance to analyze the keynote speeches, activities and contributions submitted to the Young Scholars Forum in Library, Information and Archives Management 2019, for seeking and revealing the core discourses and development trend in the field of library, information and archive science.It firstly gives a brief description of the agenda and content of speeches, and then conducts both qualitative and quantitative methods to show holistic review via analytical and critical approaches.The keynote speeches have positive guiding and promoting significance to the development of the disciplines and activities well reflect the positioning of the conference. Contributions of this forum have an excellent coverage of topics and regions. It also has good diversity performance in types of contributions and high responsiveness to hot topics of disciplines, and achieved the expected objectives. As the first national-wide young scholar conference in Library, Information and Archives Management, it expresses the attention and enthusiasm of the young scholars on the future development of the discipline.
