：近年来，高等教育进入改革发展的新时期，“双一流”建设、“双万计划”、破除“四唯”、“创新创业”教育等国家顶层设计开始逐渐落实，分别在学科建设、人才培养、科研成果和社会服务四个核心方面变革着我国高等教育的原有格局，这为包括信息资源管理学科群在内的各学科发展都带来了机遇与挑战。文章通过梳理相关国家政策和高教变革对信息资源管理学科群的影响，尝试对学科未来的发展方向给出一些思考与建议。

Recently, higher education has entered a new period of reform and development, where the national-level policies began to be implemented gradually, such as “Double First-Class” construction，“Double Ten-Thousand” plan, “Qing Siwei Action”, and "Innovation and Entrepreneurship" education et al., which are changing the existing structure of higher education in China in four aspects - discipline construction, talent cultivation, scientific research, and social service，respectively. These brought opportunities and challenges to the development of all disciplines including information resource management. This paper focuses on the impacts of relevant national policies and higher education revolutions on the related disciplines of information resource management group in order to give some thoughts and suggestions on the future development of the discipline.
