：文章从情报工程新范式和相关应急情报新环境入手，提出建构本土现代性的应急管理情报工程的重要性。分析了应急管理情报工程的基本定位，包括快速迅捷、协同共生、价值转化、弹性适变等。剖析了应急管理情报工程的核心内容，包括情报资源保障、情报技术创新、专家智慧开发三个模块。最后探讨了应急管理情报工程发展的若干挑战，包括角色定位问题、总体动员问题、意义建构问题等。相关研究思索可为下一代应急情报发展提供新方向。

Starting from the new paradigm of intelligence engineering and the new environment of emergency intelligence information, this paper puts forward the importance of constructing the emergency management intelligence engineering with local characteristics and modern features. This paper analyzes the basic orientation of emergency management intelligence engineering, which includes four features: rapidness, collaborative symbiosis, value transformation, elastic adaptability. Then analyzes the core content of emergency management intelligence engineering, which includes three modules: intelligence resource support, intelligence technology innovation and expert wisdom development. Finally, the paper discusses some challenges in the development of emergency management intelligence engineering, which includes three problems: role orientation, overall mobilization and significance construction. The relevant research and thinking in this paper can provide a new direction for the development of emergency intelligence in new era.
