：文章回顾和梳理了新中国70年来图书馆学成人教育的发展历程，根据其在社会发展的不同阶段所呈现出的不同特点，可分为三个阶段：1949-1977年是图书馆学成人教育兴起和初步发展阶段，1978-2000年是迅速发展和空前繁荣阶段，2001年以后则是转型与提升阶段。对每个阶段图书馆学成人教育的成就、特点和规律进行总结，研究认为新时代我国图书馆学成人教育发展的方向和路径应该是拓宽视野，面向广阔的社会信息行业；从“成人教育”转向“继续教育”，稳步发展研究生层次的成人教育。

This article systematically reviews and sorts out the development process of adult education of library science in the 70 years since the founding of New China. According to its different characteristics in different stages of social development, it can be divided into three stages: The stage of rise and initial development from 1949 to 1977；the stage of rapid development and unprecedented prosperity from 1978 to 2000；the stage of transformation and upgrading since 2001. The article summarizes the achievements, characteristics and laws of adult education in library science at each stage. The author thinks that the direction and path of the development of adult education of library science in the new era is to broaden the horizon and face the broad social information profession; "Adult education" should turn to "continuing education" and develop postgraduate education steadily.
